Elegant Petal Passion Celebrate Cards

If you follow my blog you will know how much I love the elegant look of black and white.

These cards look elegant and are really sparkly, two of my favourite things.

I must confess I meant to write this blog post a while ago because these cards were sent to 2 ladies who had something to celebrate, they were the winners of my Crafting Forever Giveaway.

I can’t get enough of the Petal Passion DSP, I love making any type of project with it.  The dies in the Celebrate You thinlits dies are brilliant, they are part of the Sale-A-Bration promotion until March 31st but they will carry over into the new Annual Catalogue in June 2018.

I wanted to give the ‘celebrate’ some dimension so I die-cut 6 of them and stacked 3 of them on top of each other.  I added a couple of layers of Clear Wink of Stella to the top die-cuts before covering them with Versamark and using clear embossing powder to heat emboss them.

I added a Black Shimmer Ribbon Bow to the front of each card to finish them off.  There is a lot of sparkle and shimmer on these cards and I love them.  I’m hoping Marina and Sally loved their cards too.
