Elegant Emerald Box for Mint Lindor Chocolates

My daughter Kayleigh is amazing, she is kind, caring and beautiful inside and out.  As soon as I see her she cheers me up and she always makes me laugh.

Whenever Kayleigh goes shopping she always comes home with something for me, sometimes it’s something she’s seen that I can make a pretty box for or it’s a new chocolate she has found for us to try.

When Kayleigh came home with a box of Limited Edition Mint Lindor I just had to make a pretty box for them.

Decorative Wine Bottle using Stampin’ Up! products

Thank you for joining me today for another It’s A Wrap Wednesday project. Christmas is less than 3 months away so today’s project shows how to make a simple bottle of wine look classy and expensive (whoever receives this will think you spent a lot of money on the gift wrapping).

Heat Embossed Wedding Cards

A couple of weeks ago we went to the wedding of 2 of our very good friends.  Four days before their big day they came round to ask my husband Geoff if he would be Best Man and he told them he would be honoured.

On the day of the wedding it’s normally the Bride who’s nervous but the Groom was so nervous he got his name wrong. When the registrar said “can you say your name again but in the right order this time” he nearly got it wrong again.

Wedding Keyrings Box Tutorial

My daughter Kayleigh had bought a set of Mr & Mrs Keyrings for her best friends wedding in October but the box they came in was really cheap and tacky.  I couldn’t let her use the tacky box so I offered to make a ‘Book Style’ box for her to put the keyrings in instead.

Wedding Keyrings Box

Thank you for joining me today.  I have a quick blog post because later today my daughter Kayleigh is taking me to Spain for a week of respite.  I have M.E. and for the last few months I have been struggling with chronic fatigue and constant pain so I’m hoping a week of rest will recharge my batteries.

My daughters best friend is getting married later this year and she asked me to make a box for a set of Mr & Mrs keyrings she had bought for them.  I have seen quite a few ‘book style’ boxes being made recently and as I have never made one before I wanted to give it a try.
