Sadly it’s almost time to say goodbye to some of my favourite Stampin’ Up! products. All the items that retire on 31st May 2018 can be found on the Retiring List and are now available whilst supplies last.
This does mean there are a lot of fabulous new products coming on 1st June including a Colour Revamp that includes lots of new beautiful colours and some returning colours too. This makes me very very happy.
Some of my favourite retiring products include the Butterflies Thinlits dies and the Rose Wonder stamp set and its coordinating Rose Garden Thinlits dies. Today I have 2 cards I made using these products.
For the wedding card below I used the medium Butterfly in the Butterflies Thinlits dies as the focal point. I adhered the butterfly to the vellum and curled the wings using a bone folder to give it some dimension.
The Wedding Wishes is from the Floral Phrases stamp set which is carrying over into the new catalogue. The flowers on the label are from the Label Me Pretty stamp set and was punched with the coordinating punch.
The stamp set and punch will be available in the new catalogue but the 10% bundle discount is only available until 31st May (while supplies last).
On my Easel Shelf card I used the largest Butterfly as the focal point, the butterfly measures 4-3/8″ x 3-5/8″ (approx. 11 cms x 9 cms).
The large white die-cut Rose is from the Rose Garden Thinlits dies and the Happy Mother’s Day sentiment is from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set which is also sadly retiring but there is a similar stamp set in the new catalogue.
