Pootler’s Team Blog Hop – Picture Perfect Gift Card Holder

Thank you for joining us today for the Pootler’s Spring/Summer Catalogue Blog Hop.

You will find lots of inspirational projects in todays hop so please continue hopping by clicking on the list at the bottom of this post.

Do you have a month on your calendar where you have lots of Birthdays? Mine is this month, 12 of my family and close friends all have January Birthdays.   I don’t normally like to give Gift Cards but with so many birthdays this month I’ve decided this is a much easier option.  All I needed to make was some cute Gift Card Holders.

The new Narrow Note Cards and the Picture Perfect Party 6″ x 6″ DSP were perfect for my Gift Card holders.

With 1 sheet of DSP I covered the front of the notecard and made a coordinating pocket for the inside of the note card.

There was also enough DSP leftover to decorate the envelope too.

I got so carried away making the holders I decided to make a box to store the Gift Card holders and the Narrow Note Cards in.

I am having a 30th Birthday Party today for a very special friend who has been through a lot over the past few months.  To decorate the table I have made party hats and party blowers also using the Picture Perfect Party DSP.  I got the idea for these from the Spring/Summer catalogue.

I also used the envelopes to make little gift bags that hold a bar of chocolate that has a Gift Card attached to it.

I hope you have enjoyed my project today.  If you have why not subscribe to my blog, you will receive an email notification when I have a new project to share.  To subscribe simply add your email address to the subscription link at the top of the right-hand column.

*When designing a project or when I CASE a project I always use my cheap cardstock to make a prototype before making it with my Stampin’ Up! cardstock.   I do check the measurements I add to my blog posts but when typing lots of measurements mistakes can be made.  When making any project I recommend making it first with cheap cardstock before using your best cardstock.*
