InspireINK Blog Hop #17

I’m so excited because it’s Blog Hop time and this months theme for the InspireINK Blog Hop is Retiring Favourites.  

The Large Letters Framelits dies are definitely my favourite retiring product.  They are my go-to dies for my papercraft and home decor projects and I’m sad to see them go.

Two of our friends had Baby Girls this month and I wanted to make cards for them, I was having so much fun with the dies I made 3 cards including an Eclipse card and a shaker card and a pretty covered notebook.

These are the cards that I made.

I thought the card needed something else so I added a couple of pins.  Aren’t they adorable?

With the remaining piece of die-cut cardstock and the fall-out pieces from the letters I made a shaker card and filled it with lots of beads and sequins that I have accumulated over the years.

The Large Letters dies are great for making Eclipse cards, there are 3 stacked white die-cuts behind each letter.  I have used the Fastened with Love stamp set on the card and also for decorating all of the envelopes. 

While I had the dies out I covered a large notepad that I bought from Wilko’s and die-cut NOTES to go on the front of it.  I have hardly used the How Sweet It Is DSP so I wanted to use some of it up before it retires.

I know the Dies and co-ordinating Letters for You stamps are expensive but they can be used for so many occasions, you can use them all year round so they are a great addition to your craft supplies.
