They say a photo never captures the true beauty and that is so true with the 2 cards I have today, they really do look stunning in real life.
I’m loving the Happy Wishes stamp set, it’s a 2 box stamp set that is full of great sentiments.
I tend to buy stamp sets for their pretty images and overlook the sentiment stamp sets. Do you do that too? As soon as I saw this set it immediately went on my ‘need list’.
Before I make a card the first thing I do is choose the DSP because once I know which DSP I’m using I know what colours to use. When I saw the Bundle of Love DSP I knew that was the one.
I wanted to make a batch of birthday cards so I used the Stamparatus. After aligning the sentiment I stamped it with Versamark ink and gold heat embossed it.
The DSP and gold heat embossing looks gorgeous. I added some ribbon to both cards and on one card I added some gold heat embossed flowers and on the other card I added some gold metallic shapes.
I love both cards but I think I prefer the one with the little flowers. Which one do you prefer? Please let me know in the comments below.

*When designing a project or when I CASE a project I always use my cheap cardstock to make a prototype before making it with my Stampin’ Up! cardstock. I do check the measurements I add to my blog posts but when typing lots of measurements mistakes can be made. When making any project I recommend making it first with cheap cardstock before using your best cardstock.*
