Do you struggle when it comes to making masculine projects?
If you do you’re not the only one, lots of crafters find this challenging too. Most of our friends are male so I need quite a few masculine cards, gift boxes/bags etc. I’ve been thinking about doing a series based on masculine projects for quite a while and with Father’s Day not too far away it feels like the right time.
Today I have the 1st instalment of my Masculine Makes series. My hopes for this series is that it will:-
- Give you lots of ideas.
- Inspire you to make some lovely things for the man/men in your life.
- Encourage you to share your ideas for masculine projects to help others.

The Well Dressed stamp set was free during Sale-A-Bration 2020 but I never got a chance to use it. I know the stamp set is now retired but it’s great for masculine cards and looks great in any colour.
The card above is black and white with a touch of silver and the one below uses Gray Granite.
The sketch was also brilliant for a Father’s Day card because I could put a die-cut letter in each square. It is also great for Mum, Mom, Nan, Bro, Sis etc.
This card uses the new Misty Moonlight cardstock, this is one of the 2020/22 In Colours available from June 3rd 2020.
These are the 2 cards I shared in the blog hop and both of these could also be masculine cards. Some men, not many, like pink but if not change the strip of cardstock to their favourite colour.
