InspireINK Blog Hop #20

This month the InspireINK Blog Hop has a Birthday theme and I know the ladies taking part will have great projects to inspire you.  To see their creations click on their name or image at the bottom of this post.

The 2019 Autumn/Winter catalogue is bursting with amazing Christmas and Halloween goodies, you’re gonna love it.  One of the first stamp sets I ordered from it was Nature’s Beauty which is going to be great for our masculine makes.

I used my Stampin’ Up! Watercolour Pencils to colour the animals but decided not to actually watercolour them.  Once I started colouring I couldn’t stop so today I have 3 cards to share with you.

Card 1 – Birch Background stamp, Pear Pizzazz cardstock & ink
Card 2 – Oval Easel card using Old Olive cardstock & ink

For the background on my third card I used one of the new Basic Patterns Decorative Masks, these new masks are fantastic and I will definitely be using them a lot.

Card 3 – Basic Patterns Decorative Masks, Mossy Meadow cardstock & Ink

There aren’t any sentiments in the Nature’s Beauty stamp set, I have used the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set for all 3 cards.  This stamp set is definitely worth adding to your collection.

Another great thing about the Nature’s Beauty stamp set is £2.50 from every stamp set will be given to Mental Health Organisations.

Mental Health still seems to be one of those taboo subjects.  Geoff and I know so many people with mental health issues that affect their day to day lives, I have struggled with depression and anxiety since I was 14 and one thing that helps me is crafting.  It really is theraputic.

I hope you like these 3 cards.  Which one is your favourite?  Please let me know in a comment below.

I will be visiting everyone’s blog this morning to see what the other ladies on the team have made, their links are below.  They would love to receive a comment from you.

Have a great weekend.
