InspireINK Blog Hop #18

Thank you for joining us for the InspireINK Blog Hop.  This month the lovely Hannah gave us a fantastic sketch to work with.

For several weeks now I’ve been making the wedding favours for TJ and Hayley and I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to use any of my new stuff.

When I saw the sketch I knew the I Say Hello and Everything Amazing stamp sets would be perfect for my card.  For my colour combo I chose Bermuda Bay and Coastal Cabana, these 2 colours are beautiful and they work so well together.

Behind the square panel on the card there is a gift card, the recipient pulls the bow on the side of the card to reveal it.

Instead of stamping candles or bows on the envelope I wanted something different.  Using the pretty floral corner stamp in the I Say Hello set I decorated the ‘address area’ of the envelope and I love the way it turned out. 

 

The large sentiment on the inside of the card and the cute little party hat is from the Everything Amazing stamp set.

 

This was a fun card to make and when I have time to make some more I’m going to add a removable Book Mark on the front too.
