It’s time for the last InspireINK Blog Hop of 2018 and we’re ending the year with a great challenge. We all need Thank You cards at this time of year so the challenge this month was Winter Themed Thank You cards.
To see the amazing projects created for todays hop please click on the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of this post and maybe leave a comment for them too.

We all have busy lives and as cutting and scoring individual sheets of cardstock is time-consuming I like to use the 5″ x 3-1/2″ pre-scored Note Cards and Envelopes for Thank You cards.
One of the first stamp sets I bought was Lovely as a Tree and the cluster of trees was perfect for my winter woodland idea. After stamping the trees and heat embossing the snow I used Balmy Blue ink for the emboss-resist sponged sky.

One of my favourite stamps for the inside of Thank You cards is ‘Your generosity is second only to your fabulosity‘. I was also going to use the ‘Thank You‘ from the Thankful Thoughts stamp set but it was too small. I don’t like using 3 stamp sets on a project but the ‘Thank You‘ in the Daisy Delight stamp set looked better.
For the cards that were being hand delivered I stamped the trees on the front of the envelope in full strength Early Espresso ink, the cards that were being posted were stamped with 2nd generation ink.

I am really pleased with my Thank You cards and even though the Very Vanilla and Early Espresso colour combo is out of my comfort zone I love it.
I hope you have enjoyed todays project, please continue the hop by clicking on the ‘Next’ button below.
Have yourself some crafting fun.

Beautiful card Dee and I love the matching envelope x
Thank you Lisa, I don’t do ‘naked’ envelopes.
I have to stamp the front and/or the back of the envelope, it’s a sneak peek to what’s inside it and it also makes it look cheerful. xx
Beautiful cards Dee xxx
Thank you Janice and it was a great theme that you came up with. xx
