Festive Pocket Tissue Holders

 

I love this time of year and I get so excited counting down the number of sleeps until Santa visits our house on Christmas Eve. 

Christmas crafting is definitely my favourite, the Christmas CD’s go on and I happily sing away whilst getting covered in ink and glitter and make lots of mess.

On Christmas Eve I always find I don’t have enough small gifts to fill the Christmas stockings so this year I made sure I had plenty of gifts for them.

These adorable Festive Pocket Tissue Holders are great stocking fillers/stocking stuffers and they would be great for craft fairs too.

 

 

These holders are inexpensive to make and I used up a lot of cardstock scraps decorating the holder which makes it even better. 

I have had a few people ask after Geoffs Dad Charlie, he came home from the Hospice last week and he is comfortable.  We are spending a lot of our time helping Geoff’s Mom to look after him, Cancer is bloody awful.

Dimensions

 

Cardstock for the Holder: 6¾” x 5¼”.

Score the long side at 1″, 3 1/8″, 4 1/8″ and 6″.  Rotate 90° clockwise and score the short side at 1″.

Click on the template below to enlarge the image.

 

Cardstock for the Belt: ¾” x 8¼”.  It is easier to wrap the strip of black cardstock around the holder rather than trying to work out where to score it. Cut of any excess cardstock.

Cardstock for Santa’s Fur Trim: 4 3/8″ x 7/8″

You will also need cardstock for the Apron and Collar for Mrs Claus.
