On Monday Geoff and I made a tough decision about the yearly Halloween walk-through we have for the Children in the area. We hate letting people down but we’re not well enough, we will decorate the front garden and hand out trick or treat sweets at the front door instead.
Today is the last day of my Halloween 2019 series and I have 2 projects to share with you.
We invite several of our friends and their children around for Halloween. They all dress-up and help out all night so to say Thank You I make Jacket Potatoes with Chilli or cheese & beans for about 50 people.
This year I made some quick cutlery holders using jam jars and Monster Bash DSP. I know they won’t get used this year put they can be put away for next year.
I also made this cute little holder for 3 chocolate skeletons. To decorate the holder I used one of the new Basic Patterns masks with some Delicata Silvery Shimmer ink, these inks are fabulous.
Later today I have 3 little helpers coming round to make all the Halloween treat bags for the children. Last year we made 300 bags and ran out after 2 hours so this year we will be making 400+ bags.
