Cute Little Elf Jacket Lolly Box

Today I have an adorable little Elf Jacket box that holds a Chocolate Elf Lolly.

This is the 2nd box I have made for these elf lollies, the 1st box was for my 4 year old Godson Oliver and I needed a more grown-up box for my Godson Connor who’s nearly 10.  If you would like to see the 1st box click here.  It was while I was making Oliver’s box that the idea for this box came to me.

Quick Last Minute Box of Goodies

Last minute Christmas present using year of cheer dsp, foil snowflakes and the Snowflake Sentiments stamp set I have a quick and easy last minute Christmas gift today.

Do you get unexpected visitors over Christmas and realise that you haven’t got a gift for them? This always happens at our house but not this year, I have several bottles of wine that I made Bottle Covers for and I also have a few pre bought boxes that are filled with goodies that are suitable for families.

I know box making can be daunting for some crafters and Christmas is a busy time of year for us too so why not buy some pre-made boxes and decorate them yourself.  I went into Clintons a while back and they had a 70% sale on their boxes so I bought quite a few in different sizes that I could use for last minute gifts.  I want to say a big Thank You to Helen Watson for letting me know about the sale.

Quick and Easy Pretty Pencils Stocking Fillers

Today I have a quick and easy stocking filler project.  While I was going through my cello bags I found some 2″ x 8″ cello bags that I thought would be perfect for a few pencils and a bit of simple decoration.  I also found a few 1″ cello bags that were retired stock and used these up too.

In my Inspiration box I had several packs of pencils that I hadn’t even opened.   I put 2 of the pencils in the 1″ cello bags and decorated them with a pretty little bow and added a Reindeer tag (Seasonal Chums stamp set and dies).

Kinder Chocolates with Reindeer Shaker Tree Ornament

Thank you for joining me today for another Old Meets New project.  This is such a cute little box and the Seasonal Chums Reindeer is adorable, I’m chuffed to bits that this carrying over.

I made this Ribbon Slider box to hold a box of Kinder Chocolates, I think this could be given to any adult or child.  I have made the tag removable so it could be hung on the Christmas Tree, to be honest I couldn’t bare the thought of it being thrown in the bin.

3 Ways to Gift Wrap Tic Tacs – Old Meets New

Are you ready for the festive season or are you like me still doing Christmas shopping and wrapping presents?

I have been looking after Kayleigh for the last 2 weeks, her surgery went well and she is now at home and getting better every day.

Yesterday it snowed here and everything looked so pretty, it has helped to get me in the mood for Christmas.

Today I have 3 different ways of wrapping the large boxes of Tic Tacs, my hubby adores them and they make great stocking fillers.

When I was choosing which cardstock, DSP and stamps to use I picked ones that would be ideal for male or female recipients.
